Canal Wall Doctor is the specialist arm of Gold Coast Barge Service, which has worked South East Queensland's waterways since 2007.
Bribie Island alone has more than 1,000 waterfront homes with aging revetment walls, and most have never been inspected. We built Canal Wall Doctor to change that.

Is the inspection really free? For homeowners who are new customers, yes! The inspection and the written report cost you nothing, and there's no obligation to book any work afterwards.
Do I need to be home? No. We work from the water at low tide. Most owners never need to take time off.
Will I be pushed into repairs? No. Plenty of the walls we inspect need nothing right now. We put that in writing too.
What if my wall does need work? You get a fixed-price quote before anything is scheduled. No hourly rates, no surprises.
Much of the deterioration happens out of sight, behind the wall and below the waterline. Construction joints begin to open, weepholes become blocked, and sand gradually escapes through even the smallest gaps with every tide.
Over time, those small losses can create voids behind the wall that continue to grow unnoticed. By the time a crack appears in the path or a soft spot develops in the lawn, the underlying problem can be far more significant, and the repair far more costly, than it needed to be.
